What's Not Included in Membership
Your membership covers all primary care services listed above. It does not cover specialist visits, hospitalizations, emergency care, imaging, or labs ordered outside our office *other than those provided with the Annual "Executive Physical". We recommend pairing your membership with a high-deductible health plan or health-sharing ministry for those costs.
